On the Maria River in the beautiful Mid North Coast of New South Wales, is a little family farm with an old dairy on it. My family moved here over 100 years ago. We grow what we can, juniper, coriander, citrus and the Australian botanicals. What we don’t grow we source locally or responsible from overseas.

The MRD Gin is clearly a labour of love, from hand-picking the 8 native botanicals and citrus to the 3 separate distillations. The gin is well-balanced and there’s a depth of flavour, from floral and herbaceous notes to subtle, almost strawberry-like sweetness with a peppery twist in the lingering, dry finish. MRD Gin delivers on flavour, complexity and personality in a way that many new gins can’t match. Ideal Summery Gin in a refreshing Gin and Tonic, garnish with a slice of lemon and serve with a light tonic to bring out the citrus flavours.

LIMONCELLO is a traditional Italian lemon-based digestive liqueur, best served straight from the freezer after dinner. Time, passion and lemons, honour the tradition of Amalfi Coast liqueurs in this very authentic Limoncello. In a tall glass, mix with tonic and gin over ice for a beautiful Summer afternoon.
